1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the FeedMe.pet mobile application ("the App"), developed by Mehmet Harun Sökücü ("we", "us", "our", "the Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

FeedMe.pet is a pet feeding and reminder application for iOS that allows users to:

• Create pet profiles, including name, pet type, optional photo, and optional birthday.
• Schedule Meal, Treat, and Medicine reminders with pet-type-specific alarm sounds.
• Mark reminders as completed and snooze reminders (fixed 15-minute snooze, up to four snoozes per reminder).
• View reminder history and statistics.
• View upcoming reminders via a Home Screen widget.

The App offers a free tier (one pet and up to three reminders) and an optional Premium unlock, purchased as an in-app purchase, which removes these limits.

3. No User Accounts

The App does not require registration, sign-in, or the provision of any personal information. All data you create within the App is stored locally on your own device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases

Premium features are unlocked via an in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit 2. All billing, payment processing, purchase management, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly — we do not have the ability to process refunds ourselves.

5. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Some Premium plans offered within the App (including the Monthly and Yearly plans) are auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings app › [Your Name] › Subscriptions, and selecting FeedMe.pet. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
• A lifetime (one-time, non-renewing) Premium purchase, if offered, is a single payment and is not a subscription — it does not renew or require cancellation.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing pet feeding and care reminders.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

7. Reminders and Notifications — Important Disclaimer

The App relies on Apple's local notification system to deliver reminders. Notification delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, including device "Do Not Disturb"/Focus modes, notification permission settings, a powered-off device, low-power mode, or general iOS system behavior. We do not guarantee that every reminder notification will be delivered at its exact scheduled time, and we are not responsible for missed feedings, treats, or medicine doses resulting from a failed, delayed, or suppressed notification. FeedMe.pet is a reminder tool, not a substitute for your own attentiveness to your pet's needs, and not a substitute for veterinary advice regarding medication schedules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, graphics, icons, and code within the App are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service. No other rights are granted.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which will remove all locally stored data from your device.

12. Apple-Required Terms

Because FeedMe.pet is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting term above:

• This agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
